Welcome to the Zano Zillionaire Lottery. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are compliant with local laws.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid only for the draw period in which they were purchased.

3. Allocation of Proceeds

The proceeds from all ticket sales are allocated according to the following structure:

80% of all proceeds are directly added to the lottery jackpot for the current draw period.
10% of all proceeds are allocated to cover operational costs, including development, maintenance, and marketing of the lottery platform.
10% of all proceeds will be donated to a non-profit organization. The designated non-profit will be publicly announced at the time of each jackpot award.

4. Drawing and Winnings

The winner will be selected through a provably fair and transparent process. The winner is responsible for any and all taxes on their winnings.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be determined based on the zanohash of a specific Zano block after a predetermined date and time. The exact block and details of the selection process will be made public before each lottery draw. This ensures a provably fair and verifiable outcome.

6. Changes to Terms
